Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Domestic orders may chose between Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) and USPS Priority Mail. Free Standard Shipping is available for domestic orders over $75. Tracking numbers will be provided for all U.S. orders.

International orders may chose between Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class Package International Service) and USPS Priority Mail International. USPS does not guarantee shipping times but standard shipping typically arrives in 7-28 business days and Priority Mail International typically arrives in 6-10 business days, not including processing time. We are unable provide tracking numbers for most international orders at this time.


In-Store Pickup

Orders are generally processed and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. When your items are ready, you'll receive an order status update via email. To pick up your purchase, please present your order confirmation at the Museum front desk. Orders will be held for one week after they are filled. Any items not picked up within that time will be refunded.


Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you would like to return an item, please submit a return request by logging into your customer account, finding the order you wish to return, and clicking the Return Items link. Complete the form to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

When your return is approved, ship the item(s) to America's National Churchill Museum, 501 Westminster Ave, Fulton MO 65251. You may use the original packaging or your own. 

Once we receive and process the package, your refund will be issued or your replacement shipped. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
